She’s using coated (we call laminated fabric in Japan but it’s basically vinyl coated fabric) for outside and nylon fabric for the inside inner fabric. You can buy them in any large fabric store like Joann etc. in the US. You need to be careful as you can’t undo the stitches normally as it pierces a fabric once you sew them like regular non-coated fabric.
