Extreamly helpful. My husband and his dad are all about blaming bad tosses on bad bags so ive gotten the professional fabric that slides exactly like it sould and i just needed a technique to follow for weight. I like that u did most of the sewing before the filling this was SO much easier than the last video... kudos on giving us a place to start our idea. Im going to use plastic corn because i know they will be stored in the pole barn (dont want them to soak in moisture.) Anyway thank you thank you! You made this process less stressful during my Christmas chaos

Which fabric do you use can you tell me?

Great tutorial! I wanted double-sided print for my bags, so when I sandwiched the print fabric pieces inside the canvas, I did 2 pieces, right sides together, instead of just the 1 piece. Worked like a charm!

Lol Bozo Circus, it was on everyday Monday thru Friday at noon. I remember when it was in black and white lol. I met Mr. Ned, he didn’t like kids go figure. Roy Brown (Cookie the Clown) and the voice of Cuddly Dudley lived in my city, Valparaiso Indiana. I saw him once before he died at our local beef market. He was the only surviving cast member that was there from beginning to the end. Nice nice man. Aaaah the memories. Thanks

did you sew cotton to the duck cloth to have duck cloth on both sides or just cotton and duck so one on each side if that makes sense?? I know duck cloth is "official" but can you use any material for the pattern or does it have to be duck cloth pattern?

do they sell duck canvas with teams on them? or did you just use cotton?
@ScrappyPatch4 жыл бұрын
Not that I know of. That's why I just added the cotton team fabric on top. So you could personalize these any way you want.
@cameron33956 жыл бұрын
What kind of material and where did you get it? Your description says cotton, is it just plain cotton? Thanks, they look nice.
@ScrappyPatch6 жыл бұрын
I used duck cloth for the main body of the bag and then just plan old cotton fabric for the team print. I got both at Joann Fabrics.

How long would you say it took any of you to feel this comfortable w/ your Sewing Machine? I still feel like a newbie after years. :-0
@ScrappyPatch4 жыл бұрын
I use my machine everyday so I'm very comfortable with mine! However I also learn something new ALL the time. I think it was about 6 months or "sew" until I really felt like I had a grasp on what I was doing!
