If I wanted to line these how would you do the cuff?

Do the same with the cuff, you'll just have four layers to sew through instead of three. Depending on the fabric it might get a little bulky, but it's possible!

You can do right sides together or wrong sides together when you cut it out. It is most important when you sew to make sure you sew right sides together.
