I looked for something like that months ago but this video did not appear so I figured to follow how I thought was done. Not much different. 😅 Only I stiched the ruffles by hand using needle and thread manually then attached it to the gown. I see now how I wasted my material. I like my sleepig gown though only the ruffles did not cover the entire tails. 😂 I ruffled it tight. Had I followed her way it would’ve fit perfect.

Hello! I'm a complete tourist (I don't even sew yet), but I'm very interesting in what you did here. I tried to follow the method, could you confirm if I got it right? From what I got: - you take the "perimeter" of the sleeve (the length of the curve), - you make a band longer than that but take an elastic at that exact length, - you put the elastic inside the long bend. The elastic dictates the length of the combination, so the fabric band has no choice but to fold, thus making the ruffle. - then you sew it all on the sleeve. Is it what you did? PS: I love the idea of having all the nails on your wrist, lol. Very practical, and pretty badass.

@4:23 What measurement did you use to rip the seam out in certain areas to allow the shoulder ruffle to flow outward with the curve? Also, loved the bias tape outlining towards the end. Great final touch!
