When I think of the five vintage suitcases in perfect condition that I threw away from the family country house about twenty years ago . . . I didn't know!! At the time, the style was to stack them up and make an end table, and I thought, yuck. I love the way the traincase turned out. Stunning! They all look so pretty. The little heart dish was a huge transformation from something a bit dowdy to gorgeous. The napkins were a great buy. All of the roses were equally as beautiful & you got so much use out of just one.

I thought the discoloration looked like bleed through. Spray shellac can help with that, even after being painted. Of course the glaze solved that problem! The napkins were gorgeous!
