To use full features on multiple devices do not share. Just log in with admin user name and password. Then enter security code when prompted which will be sent to original admin user.

Yes, but you can only share a few functions. No guest may have control to enable or disable Motion Detection or Privacy Mode. Really the App has great limitations to be used by members of a family. Only one administrator, have full control over the camera.

​@@riccardorosin9094 yes , i have the same problem , coz for home use only one can control so the other can not off the motion detection and privacy mode , it's hard to manage it , the system should give the main admin right to share the permision to control the some functions

The features are great, the only downside is that you can only share the device at most to 2 accounts, and even then they're only limited to viewing only live mode and playback, which is sufficient if you don't need that much other than those features to share.

that is correct. I believe there are on going firmware updates but maybe with additional fee like the tapo care right now. So far this camera is very reliable.

Your Router Firewall is probably blocking the camera when you try accessing it remotely. Turn off Firewall to test it.

All firmware is updated, when 'Device Sharing' selected this is the message displayed 'The selected device cannot be shared because the Device Sharing feature is not supported'

Hello Melyn, nagtry na ako sa kapatid ko sa pinas at ma access nila successfully. Tingin ko nangyari, nasa pinas ka that time at nag setup. Tapos nag abroad ka di mo na ma access kahit admin ka kasi nawala na ung connection. Ang pwde mo gawin, ipa set up mo muna sa inyo sa pinas, sila mag share sau ng invite para ma view mo. Dont worry makaka salita kaparin at move sa camera.

Hello Robi, dati po need naka open ung app para ma record live or ung playback po. Pero ngaun meron na po cloud para anytime pwde mag record kahit hindi ka po naka open ng app. Yes tama meron subscription fee depende sa number of device gamit mo or gusto mo isali sa subscription. Make sure lng po naka update ung firmware to 1.0 and pataas para lumabas ung tapo care feature. Pero if gusto nyo libre, mano mano muna po pag record at pagsave sa SD. Ang kagandahan lang sa mga IP camera is may notifications so mabilis mo laman at ma record agad. gagawa po ako video sa new feature at cloud subscription soon.

Hi kaie, unfortunately, only admin can access the settings. If shared device or account po kau, mag greyed out po ung settings. Yes tama po kau. For viewing purpose po ung shared. Ang maganda lang kasi hindi nag iisa ung admin sa pag monitor. Ung family or ibang kasama mo po makakatanggap ng notifications din pag may nadetect, pwde rin ma record sa phone nila as kopya at pwde rin mag save ng video. So kahit malayo sa phone ung admin, family member can monitor instead. kahit nasa abroad pa po ung shared or admin pwde.
