Hi,can I also use honing rod for it?because can't use sharpening whetstone every week and i have been busy as i am sushi chef.I have the same knife that you use.

Thank you for the shopping list. I love that that sharpener and skill you have to attain using it. It's very portable. You can easily throw that in a go bag or backpack.

Nice tutorial but you need to flatten your stones to get the option performance out of them.
