Hi mate , greetings from Australia. re; @ 6:45 "realistically" (demonstrates a draw cut) when in fact arrow penetration is a push cut. You will get a better result by honing from the tip of arrow head down to the shaft . Try it out. The sharpened grain in that way is optimal for a push cut. And definitely strop on denim with a stropping compound. If you think your arrows are sharp now, (by your method) you're still in the stone-age. Give it a go : )

@@mildmanneredmercifulmouse1839 I typically run them on a leather strop afterwards a good amount of times. I’ll have to give that cut angle thing a try and see what that can do!

@@DeathByPurpleLongbow so far I’ve shot 2 with them. Both exited within an inch of the shoulder bone. The first one was a great blood trail, but exit was low shoulder. The second one we didn’t find much blood, but she went 60 yards and fell over. I heard exactly where she fell so we walked right to her.
