Atempted to do a mid fade like that but had to push my 1.5 guard all the way up 😭 this helps alot, just wasnt blending as great as I thought until I got to the crown area LOL. Still ended up okay but wanted something like this so thanks for the tips!

I typically bald out first Bulk out sides Then i do shear work on top returning my fade where i complete the sides then detail all over. I think as long as a barber is efficient and produces good quality Cuts in a timely fashion you good.
