I have personal testimony, this "Stuff" works. Struggled with bouts of depression all my life. Using Abraham-Hicks emotional scale, I allowed myself to identify Feeling versus Emotion, which is key to empowering yourself. Rather than relying on another or others opinions of your abilities, figure them out using your factors. Get help it you have to have it to safe but, trust God alone it you can. ❤ namaste
