Hit like if your in 5d. No one talks about this but the love frequency isn’t obtained all at once. The truth is you hold the frequency for some time most likely a day or two at first and then you shift back to 4d or 3d but each time you align with the frequency you hold it for longer until it becomes your primary frequency. I hope that helps.

Most of psychologists were either traumatised themselves and they wanted to resolve their own issues through education. Or they worked with severly traumatized individuals. Both ways, there is a high tendency to overanalyse or even get stuck in the analysis paralysis state. When people don't have the answer to "why something happened?" they rationalise and reason. Some of them even disassociate. Maybe a lot of the talk about "other dimensions" is a form of disassociation from reality. It's simple. Don't loose yourself in mindchatter. Don't get stuck in the "why something happened" instead think "how can we resolve this"? See what feels right and stick to it!

I knew I was a part of the higher consciousness evolution ever since when I was about 10, the so called ‘new earth’ phrase never really resonated but I knew I had always been about that rising higher vibrations life lol. I was the one kid super into ‘woo’ stuff and predicted matches and competitions and even my own scholarship perfectly as I manifested the rank and the money and the No.1s. School teacher even came to me for my predictions, I was that kid 👧🏻 I’ve been on this journey since lifetimes and gosh wouldn’t I know it! I personally speak 4languages and learning a foreign language simply comes easy to me, I even challenged myself to learn Farsi as a Chinese person 🎉😊 shout out to folks starting to embrace the freaking journey back home (Love/Source/whichever label resonates) Better to walk each other home in clarity and support and much Fun! I dont think meditation is emough to truly balance our bottom 3 chakras. It definitely helps...alway...in all ways. I believe you must also reconcile your feelings, life experiences, childhiod traumas, your sexual confusion,...whatever it may be. I believe you must learn all the lessons and experience all you need to in this life to become whole and strong in our bottom 3 chakras. Going through the life experiences and choosing to level up spiritually gives you everything you need to know to do what needs to be done in our heart chakras to help the new consciousness. Im not really sure. I've explained my point but i think youll het it. Lol i only know I've spent 5 long, dark years on a healing journey. I now realize i had to experience all of it to move on and become my higher self. Im solid in my bottom 3 chakras because of all of it. Im ready to let my heart chakra shine so bright in this new consciousness that there will be no ither option than to bring about awareness and the positive change we all want to see and desperately need in our world! A few years ago, I watched your videos and started letting go of things and a lot of wonderful things happened to me. I got a job that I wanted, moved into a new home and have been with the guy of my dreams. Everything you say is true and you can Manifest things into your life. I am so grateful. However, right now I am very unhappy with my job. I’m looking for a new one. I am trying to let go again and let the universe take care of it. I am much concerned that I cannot explain to the people around me what is happening with me, I love them but I think I scare them and have to "dumb" down my enthusiasm for the One Source, hard not to sound insane to their ears.
