Hi, thanks for the video. I have a question. When I am shipping to Amazon's warehouse and I want to use Amazon's partnered shipping method, will they be picking the shipment up from the port? In other words, where to I tell my freight forwarder to send the shipment for amazon's partnered carrier to pick it up?

Tracy, you dont need to worry about freight forwarders. One FB post, a whole arm of freight forwarder will raise their hands. And I have to say, because it is such a competitive field, they are all very good. YOU NEED TO COMPARE their rates. That is all.

I am just curious about the other side of things the consumer side the person buying the product from somebody through Amazon or another party and it coming from China who pays the taxes and how long do they have and how do they receive a bill etc. I’m just curious can you have your customer pay the tax and duty? Can we explain that the customs bonds I already paid and does it work the same way from the united America to China or from China to do United States
