how to shock old drill batteries back to life if they won't take a charge.

This only works on nickel metal hydrate and nickel caddy and batteries do not attempt on any sort of lithium ion or lithium polymer battery.

So are you charging them with a higher voltage or the appropriate voltage but much amps?
