Make sure you do some reps of the older too. Pick a few drills (10 or 15) and work on them for a week or two. And them pick new drills. Keep working G!

Hey Brother, I am 5”9 feet tall and 60 kg. 16% Body fat Percentage. Performing Dunks is extremely rare in our city. Infact I have a Friend Of Mine who is 8 inches taller but still cant dunk.. just touch the rim. Ive never worked out on my jump. I will do 3000 Jump Ropes, Core Exercises Such as Dead Bugs and Cycling abs Exercise with Med Ball and also 50 times up and down running the stairs. In addition to that in the gym I will Do Squat Jumps 100-150 and intense legs workout every 2-3 days un the gym In How many days will I be able to dunk By doing all this consistently 6 days in a week Please Reply🙏🏻😢

Hi coach, could you please do a video about getting past your defender for slower or less athletic players? I am far and away the most skilled player in my age group and am taller than almost all but am kinda slow and don't really have a ton of moves to get past quicker defenders(I get most points off of stepbacks/fakes/change of direction)

My uncle was an euroleague player and the only thing he used to do as a kid was to just shoot around for endless hours like shoot around for 5 hours and then played pick ups for 2 or 3 hours that's what I did and Olympiacos one of the best euroleague teams recruited me and I'm just 13 so it's more about putting the work in rather than doing specific drills
