Thank you man. This was the first video I selected to watch as I venture into commercial real estate capture.

Thanks for making this video bro! It's helpful for droners trying to start their own business. Personally, I love to see how other people run drone businesses, so I can get ideas how to run my own.

I am really glad I found your you tube channel... You are well established, and no better to learn from than those who are grounded in their field. Thank you for sharing, that is how all benefit.. Creativity, I believe, is the most important aspect to photography, or it will get boring for you, and the client.

Awesome video with great advice.. I wondered why you "burn the last battery having fun"? Why not save 1 battery or half for interesting shots you might see during travel? Never know what you might see.

Thanks for this video - and all your others - I've got a couple of commercial projects lined-up but I wanted some guidance/reassurance going into them. The property in this video isn't too dissimilar to my main job today so it was perfect recap. I first watched this video in December (2020) but have revisited it in March 2021, and it's timeless. Cheers.

Thank you so much! have you used filter (I gues so, if, which one) how many fps have you filmed and have or were you able to film at a shutter speed of 120 when filming 60fps ??? 4K, HD? I am sorry for my english, I hope you understand what I mean by all these things. Wold be great if you could get back to this. Greetings from Germany (nice car btw ;-)

Nice video. May I ask what iOS smart device you use for both your phantom 4 and inspire? I was recommended to use the iPad Pro. Thanks
@TomSpurlock6 жыл бұрын
You don't need the performance of an iPad Pro to fly a DJI Phantom, and the 10.5" size won't fit the DJI RC clip conveniently, it's extremely tight. The Ipad with the 9.7" fits nice, and the A10 CPU is plenty of performance for the GO4 app, good value too. Even the older iPad Mini4 with 7.9" screen with A8 CPU will work OK for both Phantom and Mavic clips, but I suggest the new iPad 9.7" for Phantom setups. I use the older iPad 9.7" Air2 with A8 CPU and it works fine to fly my P4P.

What @tom said 👍🏽 but i prefer the 9.7, light small & fits nicely.

What's the background song used for the drone footage?

Great advice. And with unfinished properties like this, they should be calling you back for a follow up shoot. The fresh patches of grass sod, unfinished road, etc., doesn't look good. I would definitely bring this up to the client.

4 batteries are a lot for filming just 1 house and the surroundings. I have never needed more than 2 batteries.

Yea 4 is a bit overkill. Had 4 mainly for the KZbin vid 😉

Hello, I have been trying to start a real estate droning business, but I have had trouble finding clients. I have sent emails and text messages to realtors. I also do have an Instagram that displays my work. Do you guys have any tips to attract customers.

Offer your first shoot for free to build your portfolio. If your work is good, the client will return. Also go to real estate meet ups/networking events and meet your potential clients. Put a face to your business.

Soooo hypothetically if you were a real estate agent with $300 for a drone which drone would you buy?? 🤔
@UAVISUALS5 жыл бұрын
Hrmm unfortunately there isn't much out there that would do a good job for $300. You could look at second hand dji air or mavics?

So recently I was looking for drone pilots to sort my doubts on Real Estate Photography as there's a lot of competition to know which one is to trust. One day one of my college friend told me about Drone IFA in Australia & hopefully they manage to clear all my issues & doubts on how to have your Property shoot in aerial view. Do visit their site droneifa.com.au/ to know more
