Great advice on phone usage. I only carry my phone as an emergency tool when golfing. I can’t stand playing with partners that are keeping one eye on the game and one eye on their betting or group chats

I am struggling with my concentration on the course at the moment, once I get in trouble I seem to start rushing & struggle to bring it back into line. My biggest issue is slow play, it makes staying in a focused state much harder to achieve, if you have any suggestions for staying in the moment for that scenario.

Find positive distractions like hydration, food, bring extra gloves and switch them out, have a wet towel and clean your club and ball, etc.
