How to Shoot Multiple Flashes to Capture Motion in Sports Photography

This week's how-to video is all about sports photography.
Urs Recher and Karl Taylor explain how you can use multiple flash sources and create a sequence. With this method you introduce movement in your photography - something which is especially beneficial in sports.
With four Siros 800 L they freeze the movement of a basketball player four times on his way to the basket. All the settings for the separate flash strokes are controlled via the broncontrol app.

Awesome video as always Urs and Karl! Question: what stands are you using to hold the siros lights? I noticed you didn't use sandbags...so they must be sturdy enough alone
