You can do the application yourself. Your company can present a very strong support letter and supporting documents. . You don't need a company statement of account. If you work for a big company, they won't be showing their account statement just because they want to sponsor you.

Hi Peter, Great content! I have 3 personal accounts, but I only get paid salary to one. I am able to get a small loan from that bank to make up the total pof amount. Is it okay if I send all the money to one of the other accounts (5 months in advance)- one of the accounts that I don't get paid to? Or will they want to see the statement from the account I get paid from?

If the money in the other bank is your savings, you can show that even if it's not the salary account. YOU can show both account instead of moving the money

Well, family member is the best option. If no family member is available to act as sponsor, you can use what you have...with a strong letter of Explanation.

Meanwhile, I used a registered immigration consultant for all my application.

My consultant emailed sometime ago to request to close the case since for some reason the account is not active blah blah... I am not just interested in the whole of this cos it was like a waste of effort and resources Jr review cost about $3k again after paying almost 2k for consultation. May I also include that we got a gcms note that explained in detail what the refusal was based upon so due diligence was done

This is really helpful, so per say POF doesn’t mean they’re monitoring your account, it’s just bank statement. For mine, my dad brought his statement of account, a letter from where he works stating his annual income and also his position,also payslip,a sponsor is also sponsoring me so he is equally showing his bank statement, I just hope my visa comes out successfully.

Hello Mr Peter, thanks for this content. My question is, is it acceptable if the sponsor deposited entire amount that covers both tuition and living expenses in cash into the applicant’s account due to the nature of the sponsor’s business? The bank statement shows the name of the sponsor and affidavit of sponsorship was also added but the applicant was denied visa. What can someone do in this kind of situation? Although the application was submitted a month after the sponsor deposited the money.

You have to convince them how that money got into your account, you may want to register your business or you are working. Prove to them that the money have been in your account for at least 6 months....they want to be sure that once you are done studying, that you are coming back to continue with your business or work.

IRCC can check with the bank to confirm the authenticity of the bank statement. But banks won't release the available balance to them

In my situation, my mum is my sponsor, she’ll be providing her business bank statement of about 17m, there’s an issue with her personal account, so she uses that account for both personal and business purposes. After printing the bank statement of 17m, I was worried the account balance will definitely be fluctuating since she’ll be using the money for business transactions. So I don’t know if that’ll be an issue with IRCC. She also provided her CAC, tax clearance, landed property docs and car documents
