I was born in Paris, lived 16 years there, 12 years in Los Angeles, and my mother was born in Tel-Aviv, so I have been living here seen she died in 1992. I probably will go back next year to Paris, to live there, see my sister and my nieces. Thanks for posting this sentence. David

Here's what I wrote in the video description: About the sign for "touch"... the literal meaning of the sign is "touch" but the sign can also be used to mean "have been" like "have you been to Europe?" -- Hope this helps :)

I have a question about sign order. I've seen "I've been there" signed as 'touch + finished', but here you do it 'finished + touch'. Is this a phrase where you can do those two signs in either order and mean the same thing, or are there certain instances where it matters what order you do them in? Thanks in advance!
