The sign for tree makres me ..too happy because its rustling and reminiscent of hello/bye (but postured clearly different enough its evident/ clear). Also the fact chapatti is the same as making them and in mymultilingual family we've ended up using that, the sign for food and sime od these anyway because of its intentional use of common gestures mized with BSL and access. Makes my heart hapoy and these videos are invaluable. Thank yoy for your time and energy and for making such a helpful resource. I can find communication difficult so nonverbal+ exec dys,painbrain, dissociative etc+disability..things can make it hard so i really appreciate the good resource. Also tjw generally static nature of sign hand shapes helps a lot Re hand pain, yay access to comms & aelr advocacy etc.

thanks great help, perhaps just a little bit too fast, had to 'rewind' on some of the signs. Level 1 was at a good speed. cheers
@sharkgirlandlavaboy3291 Жыл бұрын
I set it to 0.75x speed and double tapping on a touch screen allows a 10sec rewind or keyboard arrow keys are 5secs. Thenwhenimpracticing I play normal speed and try to do the sign before he goes and the I get to see it confirmed and check I am accurately signing.
@Tami23Ай бұрын
U can just slow down the speed if you find it too fast

This is very confusing... I've been watching an American woman's video.. they obviously have a slightly different way..
@teamnoble97153 жыл бұрын
You need to be careful KZbin is a minefield of miss information. The Americans have their own version of sign language fir the deaf and also I slightly different version of many Makaton signs. Makaton is a UK language system. I'd be wary I was getting the correct information if watching US based material. My material is directly from what I learned in Makaton workshops. However I'm not a teacher nor am I affiliated to the charity in anyway.
@andrewlambert49343 жыл бұрын
@@teamnoble9715 Craig... you have to do more videos... you may not teach makaton.. but you're good. I can relate to your method.. do more vids bother.
