I laughed so hard when china sign America. Looks like he’s calling Americans crazy

lol, I was caught off guard when they signed that! But there was other meaning to it :)
@jzhang38704 жыл бұрын
When I was learning CSL, my teacher said that the sign comes from the equipment on American invaders' head in 1900s🤔 But actually the ASL sign is more widely adopted in China except Hong Kong SAR😂

transcription: [A light-skinned Mexican-American, named Stacey, is wearing a artisanal embroidered traditional Mexican blouse with red flowers. She is sitting on the bed. Background scene: books, 3D “ILY” sign and a small brownish globe are displayed on a black bookshelf. 6 feet plant are white blinds are shown behind her. On the top right, 2 social media logo icons are shown: Facebook and Instagram. Followed by “@deafinitelywanderlust.” The majority of the video will show different Deaf people around the world who will be signing “The USA” in their own sign language.] Stacey: While traveling around the world, I've met many different Deaf people. What's fascinating is that there are many many different sign languages and they're all beautiful! When I meet Deaf people, they'll ask me where I'm from. then I'd say, "well, I'm Mexican but born in the USA" then they'd say, "America" in a different sign (shown) I was like, "wait, what?" (showing the different sign for "USA") "what does that mean?" I asked them they'll tell me that's translated to "USA" in their own sign language it's really interesting to see that sign! The country that signed this way is Mongolia It was really fascinating to see their sign it's beautiful! Other sign languages will loan or borrow the sign the sign of "USA" in American Sign Langauge (ASL). and use it in their local sign language. like what countries?! [Cut to three multi-screens of Deaf people from Ethiopia, Honduras, Australia who all borrowed the ASL sign for "the USA”.] [Cut to five multi-screens of Deaf people from Venezuela, Italy, Iceland, Northern Mariana Islands, Dominican Republic, all borrowed the ASL sign for "the USA”.] [cut back to Stacey] so, they use the ASL sign for "the USA" Interesting. but in other countries, they have their own sign for "the USA" in their local sign language! So, I thought about this and decided that that I want a video to show different signs for for "USA" from different sign languages. I asked people to send the video to me and I got them. now, I'll show you next! Are you ready?! [cut to several different Deaf people from different countries] man:To sign "USA" in PJM (Poland sign language) (shown) another male [Indonesia, BISINDO]: first one, it is (shown) (shown) and more. there many different signs for it in Indonesia. (shown) [Ireland, ISL] (shown) [South Korea, KSL] (shown) [Turkey, TiD] male: we sign like this [Colombia, LSC] (shown) few times we do sign "USA" in ASL but we mostly sign this (shown) (shown) [Sri Lanka, SLSL] male: here in Kyrgyzstan, our sign language is like Russian sign language. so, we sign like this (shown) (shown) [Lithuania, LGK] male: In Mexico, we sign like this: (shown) [LSM] (shown) [France, LSF] (shown) [Japan, JSL] (shown) [Georgia, GESL] (shown) [Cuba, LSC] male: In China, how do we sign it in CSL? it is... (shown) [CSL] (shown) [Algeria, LSA] (shown) [Tanzania, LAT] (shown) [Peru, LSP] or (shown) [LSP] (shown) [Mongolia, MSL] (shown) [Iran, PSL] (shown) [Myanmar, MSL] (shown) [Jordan, LIU] (shown) [Bolivia, LSB] male: Here, in Egypt, we sign like this: (shown) [EGSL] (shown) [NKSL] women [Uruguay, LSU]: there are three different signs for "the USA" (shown) it is slowly changing and we'd use the ASL sign too (shown) male: In Portuguese sign language, we sign (shown) [LGP] male: In VSL which is from Vietnam there are different ones in the north and south Vietnam In the northern area, how we sign - it is …well, a long time ago, we used to sign it like this (shown) [VSL] but now we use this: (shown) [VSL] In the southern area, they sign it like this (shown) [same as ASL] woman: (shown) [same as ASL] Secondly, we have a little different one too: (shown) [TSL] but it's originally from Japanese Sign Language (shown) [El Salvador, LESSA] or (shown) [same as ASL] (shown) [Romania, LSR] or (shown) [same as ASL] [cut to Stacey] wow! that's so interesting to see all the different signs for "the USA"! I want to thank all the people who send me their video for this film and show your own sign for the USA thank you!!! Now, I am wondering what about how do people around the world sign your country in their own sign languages?!? [cut to a dark mauve red and white frame with a centered video of Stacey who is walking through a geopark in Taiwan. In the yellow frame, a white text appeared on the top center: “follow or subscribe for more stories!” The logo of Facebook, Instagram, KZbin and Twitter are also shown on the top left of the video screen with “@deafinitelywanderlust.” On the bottom center of the white frame, it says “www.deafinitelywanderlust.com”]

WHAT? NORTH KOREA SIGN LANGUAGE!?!?! I know North Korea is very strict communist country. No American videos are allowed in North Korea. People there do not have freedom to make themselves a video or freedom of express or criticize their government. People there are controlled by government. People are required to show their loyal to their leader. People are not allowed to use internet. But how does this deaf north korea woman make this video and send it to you? But it is interesting to see this north korea deaf woman sign for America. Lol. 😂
