Save yourself the hassle of dealing with Capitol Armory and go to a brick and mortar store. I'm sitting at 14 days for Capitol to deliver my CLEO letter. Once it's delivered I have to wait 7 days. I'll be 4-6 weeks waiting for my can at this rate. It's enough to avoid Griffin for another can.

Im a little confused. The way I was explained how suppressor acquisition goes at my local gunstore was that the Form 4 had to come back and say you were okay to have the suppressor in order to possess the suppressor. Do I have to wait until I get cleared in order to put the suppressor on my gun?

The Form 4 is digital through this program, and any information regarding if you're clear to possess a suppressor will be accessible online. When you purchase a suppressor from our website, Capitol Armory will reach out to you via email a few days after and walk you through the whole procedure.

It's way faster than it used to be! The majority of form submissions are getting approved within a month at most

My NFA Stamp was approved in 3 days...now I'm sitting at 2 weeks waiting for Capitol Armory to deliver my CLEO letter. Once that's delivered I have to wait 7 days. With the holiday and all I'll be waiting 30+ days post approval to receive my can. Save your time and go to a brick and mortar store.

On yalls website, it says something about providing digital fingerprints as an option to capitol state Armory. How does that work? Do you upload a picture of the filled out finger print card? Or do you scan your fingerprints with yor phone or some other device?

You can get your digital prints done through your local police department and send it our way, or if you have previous prints on file with Capitol, you can buy your EFT file and send it that way. There's a few other options we discuss in the video as well!

On your site I found local dealers near me, but when I go to their websites and try to look at suppressors it takes me to silencershop where all the Griffin Armament suppressors are out of stock. Would yall be able to send a suppressor directly to any of your dealers? Or do they have to go through silencer shop?

The big manufacturer companies do not want that. If suppressors were no longer NFA, then it would open up the floodgates for super cheap competitive pressors from China. Suppressor companies could no longer charge $600-$1000 for suppressors because China would be selling them for half that or less

Though Unconstitutional, this is a great alternative for those of us who want to purchae a Griffin Recce 5, for example, but don't have to go the the closest, last FFL near me for a suppressor. I have bought from Capital Armory, so I'd just have to fill out & send the finger print cards, the form 4 and $200, wait a bit... and you all send me my Suppressor, directly with the govt Tax Stamp? Great idea, given current governmental constraints over Natural Rights!

Ok, so let me get this straight. I find a suppressor I like, I buy it. You guys send it directly to me with all the paperwork to file with the atf? Does that mean I have to wait to put it on my gun till all the forms come back and im clear? Or do you send the suppressor after I get cleared?

When you purchase a suppressor online our business partner, Capitol Armory, will reach out to you with the digital paperwork for you to form out. We will supply you the muzzle device for your suppressor along with some stickers, a t-shirt, and other fun items, but the suppressor will not ship out until you are approved by the ATF. You can certainly make a Capitol Armory account and upload some info to it, but you'll need a serial number connected to your trust and stamp. So unfortunately, no, you can't purchase a trust and stamp before buying a suppressor.

The To Your Door program is only applicable for suppressors and not eligible for SBRs. We can ship SBRs to your local FFL though! Our Customer Service team is currently reviewing your submission!

It’s weird and highly random. In the last year I’ve had form 1s come back in as little as 3 weeks and as long as 7 months approved. I have a form 4 that I submitted in February and I’m still waiting.

if your M4A1 still has the pinned and welded flash hider you can mount one of these to that without changing out the welded and pinned muzzle device. M4SD-K or the M4SD-L plus will mount to any 16" with standard flash hider. A2 style.

We suggest for those that have difficulty / an inability to print their fingers to still attempt, and if it isn't legible, to write in the reason why (e.g. amputee, severed finger, damaged fingertip, etc.)

If you own any NFA items from any manufacturer, have ever filled out a 4473, 3310, form 4, or applied for a carry permit, you are complying with unconstitutional gun laws. The alternative for a law abiding firearm manufacturer is to literally not exist aka go out business &/or be imprisoned. This helps no one.
