is it possible for a bass singer to sing this song? my range is F4# then it cracks and go into head voice

There are two ways for you to get to a point of singing this song. First the hard one. Work on increasing your range, patiently and systematically. The muscles around your vocal cords are like any other muscle. If you work them out, you will increase their capabilities. However, no matter how much you work out, you will only be able to lift so much. You will be limited by your specific genetics and body size. The correlation of course is, vocally, you will only be able to get so high in your range. Just like a soprano, no matter how hard she tries will never be able to reach the note of your lower register. Now, the second way to do this to lower the key of the song to your range. Do YOUR version of the song.
