My 48v inverter manual says to use a 300a fuse. I'll be using nt or other ceramic fuses. Maybe t class as well . I well need around 100m2 cable

Regarding the sizing of the F1 fuse, I notice that you are not including whatever power input that the charge controller is adding to the system. So your F1 fuse only has to relate to the draw (usage)?

How did you come up with these numbers for max amps for the wire gauge? Wikipedia lists completely different numbers: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_wire_gauge

Wires don't have the same insulation type. That's why there are wires made for different current carrying capacity. For example 70°C insulation temp and 105°C. Check my video on wire sizing.

Between 120A and 150A could also be 135Amp..... why 125Amp?
