How to size the stent using angiography or intravascular imaging?

I go over the methods I use to size the stents angiographically as well as utilizing IVUS or OCT

Great one Thank you very much in OCT with EEL to EEL we ROUD DOWN unless already at stent size and with Lumen diameter we round up by 0.25 What's your approach with IVUS in regard to EEL/EEL and lumen diameter ? thanks

I use mid wall instead of EEL to EEL for IVUS. EEL to EEL for IVUS is aggressive as i mentioned in the video that IVUS could show larger size of the vessel which may not be the true size. It oversizes by 8% as shown by meta analysis of IVUS clinical trials compared with QCA.
