The idea of summarizing in your own words, writing key ideas that matters to you, with drawings and linking it to your big why and experiences..PLUS, making actionable tasks from your learning... all these are really helpful to keep in mind what matters to us and see the fruit of what we have exchanged our time with. Reading regularly + + learning with retention (write key points, summarize,reflect, recall, act) ... +application (integrate action after) ... + passing /sharing what we've learned to others = successful trade off for our time well spent.
