I have a question!! How are your layers? I mean, the body and the clothes are combined, are different meshes, are in a group, or parented? I have tried Painting the weights in the character and then wrap the clothes, but when I move the character using the controlers, the clothes don't follow the body really well 😥😭 help

You can select the body mesh and then the clothes mesh and click 'Skin'->'Copy Skin Weights' which will copy the weights based on closest point on body mesh. Hope this helps
