It depends on the queue time of the region if there's no queue then it skips because there's no queue. All depends on the region you pick!

It’s alright keep switching regions until you find one where it’s a short queue time or no queue time! Worst case scenario is they all have queue times if that’s the case then just wait out the one with the shortest queue time 👍
