Rain, you have a energetic, yet peaceful spirit. I’m loving the videos you’re making, and of course I love your music. Your music has always taken me on magnificent journeys, and I’m always excited to see what you’re up to. You inspire me to live life, not just exist. I am so happy for you finding your new stomping ground. It’s going to be fun to see and hear how your new surroundings inspire your creative spirit, and what it awakens in you. I know you will only get better with everything you do, and I wish you the absolute best life has to offer. Namaste 🙏

Met you at Toads Place in New Haven Connecticut and said to you "You're music is my sanctuary." It was before I told you, that night, and to this day😃

You are right, mate, and this is not just a theory. Our brain works like Adam Sandler in "Click" (2006). All that repeats often - he start to just "skip". You brush your teeth in the same position every day for several years, lock the door with the same movements, walk the same route every day - the brain does not need this routine, it just retouches it. And, the more such "copy - paste" moments in your life, the more time our brain overwrites and it seems that the days become very short, because you stop feeling what they were filled with. Thank you so much for your work, I wish you success and inspiration in the future!

Thanks for sharing this. Yeah it leads me to wonder how capable we might be at seeing every moment with fresh and curious eyes... even the ones we repeat every day.

That was beautiful… in every sense of the the experience! Thank you for the inspiration to go out into the world and do new things with consciousness and presence! I’ve also been privy to the slowing of time with such awareness. It really brings a whole different level of gratitude to life! ❤

For me you are a key maker. Unlock my doors that block out the light. Much appreciated who you choose to be.

@Phutureprimitive So often I find that we serve as human examples of what is possible. It's hard to do in It's own right bc of being 'different' so to speak. But, if one can find a way to embrace their version of different, it can be so enriching for others🤓🫡🫡🫡

Interesting to think that people can and are their own key maker. They work the key until it works to unlock what's next and perhaps better for them. 😇🫡

@@seanbrady8302 Beautiful reflections Sean. I like the way your mind works. Recently a growth edge for me is to get started with out needing to know what the path or outcome is going to look like. Quite often, the path is made by walking.

I'm in kansas and don't make enough time for my neighbor, Colorado. Thank you for inspiring me to get into the mountains asap! Have you been to rampart reservoir? Highly recommend! Loving hearing the old + new tunes in the soundtrack too!

Yeah, being Boulder with the Rockies staring at you all the time it's hard not to want to get outside! I haven't been to Rampart Reservoir but I'll look into it. Thanks for the tip! Glad you caught the different songs in the soundtrack.

Thanks for sharing your experiences and wisdom. This is the 3rd time i've heard this week about the benefits of cold water. I truly appreciate your new videos man! this is so great. I'm such a fan already. I am so pleasantly surprised and exited to find one of my most favorite artists dropping some very insightful life knowledge. I'm all for slowing the perception of time by filling it with new experiences and extending life through presence of mind, meditation, exercises, breathing and today I'm going to tough it out and go for a cold water meditation! Thanks Rain! Can't wait for "Minds Eye" and more cool videos! :D Much love brother

Hey Thanks Matthew! I really appreciate this. Yeah breathwork and cold water exposure have been great tools for improving my health and well being. If you're not already familiar, Wim Hof is a great resource for both! Big love.

We have the same theory. nice. people don't like where they work so they turn their brain off for that. the drive to and back sucks so they turn their brain off. They're tired when they get home so never turn the brain back on. Go to sleep and repeat. Suddenly a decade goes by and they wonder what happened.
