Very nice content One tip While one is labelling and putting labelled bottles back onto pantry shelves, also make a backup plain diary enumerating the labelled bottles in exact order of placement also mark the date of this reorganised pantry to remind one of expiry dates without rummaging thru the bottles, one just needs to refer to this paper (age old indian method of maintaining an actual diary) diary of what is where and what is soon to expire ,pictorial tabled account of whole pantry in two or four pages

Once it rise..in the morning, do not put in the fridge, unless you are in very hot weather. Leave it at room temperature. I usually roll the pizza base and let it rise again, so that I get deep pan pizza base.
