When I tell you I am obsessed with perfumes like I fully have to stop myself from looking for perfumes every time I got to Sephora or even CVS to buy the more affordable ones. My current favorite ones are Bombshell and Bare Vanilla….and I actually learned a tip to make your fragrances last longer on your skin. Take a penny sized amount of Aquahor or Vaseline, rub it onto your wrists and neck, and then dab/oat the fragrances onto those areas, never rub as rubbing changes the formulas causes the scents to disappear fast. Perfumes love sticky bases so it helps them last longer.

personal notes cut back on the processed foods, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and soda drink 6-8 glasses of cold water every day vitamins floss brush teeth scrape tongue skincare: cleanser, toner, moisturizer, sunscreen, lash-growing serum, gua sha and face rolling wash makeup brushes exfoliate and moisturize lips wash face twice a day shower every other day change sheets every 2 weeks pluck eyebrows, exfoliate body, and shave legs every week always keep nails painted, get dirt out of them, cuticle oil (for both fingers and toes) make a nail routine dont pick at acne, play with hair, bite nails, or cheeks use african net instead of luffa use unscented body soaps and lotions or a light scent good posture find a signature perfume scent + use vaseline for it to stick better deodorant moisturize hands and feet sunscreen on hands and body find out a hair routine silk sleep bonnet avoid heat on hair

that nemat oil is my favorite! Been using it since early 2023 and haven’t switched up! I always use the EOS vanilla with the nemat oil. Right now at ulta it’s buy one get one free for the mini items so you get 1 free if you get 2 Nemat oils! 🥰

Hey guys u dont need toners its actually a waste of money as facial soaps these days are not stripping if u use gentle cleansers it was used in the past bc people were using regular soaps that contain lye the only time i need toner is if it has an actuve ingredonat like the BHA toner that targets sertain slin issues dont waste ur money on toner unless u have acne cleanser moisturiser sunscreen is all u need if u do have acne go to the dermatologist or try retonoids, adapaplene, etc… for a period to see if ut works onlg use one at a time to see what works

I use the Schick Sensitive care 4pack blade refills and I just use a new one every time i shave 1x a week but i want to know what others do because that is expensive! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ladies please remember your vagina is self cleaning. Your vagina is an internal organ (you can’t see it) your labia, pubic area etc. that come in contact with sweat, semen, spit, body products, clothing, other body fluids etc. are not self cleaning. I think alot of young ladies are getting confused when people say you can just use water down there because they dont know what’s what. Some of yall smell (honest talk) Hope this helps. 🙏🏽

Just a note that the outer downstairs area is the vulva which is not self cleaning but can be cleaned with water or a gentle fragrance free wash. The vagina which is internal, is self-cleaning, and you shouldn't clean it (aka touching etc.) Thus can mess up the ph balance and cause infection

When it comes to your downstairs area, I don't recommend just using water. I recommend using a unscented bar soap and wash the surface. DO NOT GO INSIDE ❤

With the Mielle Hair Oil, do you have to Dilute it or can you just apply it directly to the scalp?

Its very light weight so I just apply it straight to the scalp! When I have straight hair i usually just apply it the night before I wash it but when my hair is curly I like to put some on/reapply every 2-3 days
