When I tell you I am obsessed with perfumes like I fully have to stop myself from looking for perfumes every time I got to Sephora or even CVS to buy the more affordable ones. My current favorite ones are Bombshell and Bare Vanilla….and I actually learned a tip to make your fragrances last longer on your skin. Take a penny sized amount of Aquahor or Vaseline, rub it onto your wrists and neck, and then dab/oat the fragrances onto those areas, never rub as rubbing changes the formulas causes the scents to disappear fast. Perfumes love sticky bases so it helps them last longer.

Ladies please remember your vagina is self cleaning. Your vagina is an internal organ (you can’t see it) your labia, pubic area etc. that come in contact with sweat, semen, spit, body products, clothing, other body fluids etc. are not self cleaning. I work in the operating room, 52 years young, I do not take one vitamin and am constantly being told I look like I'm in my 30s, in fact, my surgeons laugh and say I forget you're older than us. I never had Covid, I have not had a cold or the flu 🤔 in over 10 years. I love Viktor Rolf Flowerbomb perfume and Kevin Murphy Body Mass for my hair. When people hug me they are like Whoa What are you wearing you smell like a dream lol. They say teeth whitening takes 10 years off a person. Great tips I also love disposable washcloths. Everybody gets them from me for Christmas.

@@Niicki If you ask me. Everything in moderation. Good genes, no smoking, occasional drink, light exercise, I do not wear makeup I love my skin. I love me my sun but again moderation. A job I love! I work 3 midnight ,12 hour weekend shifts. I leave on Monday morning at 7 am and do not have to return until Friday night at 7pm. I love love love being a mother to 3 Amazing children. Find a hobby. I have an entire crafting room working on starting a crafting business. 🤷‍♀️We shall see .

Hey guys u dont need toners its actually a waste of money as facial soaps these days are not stripping if u use gentle cleansers it was used in the past bc people were using regular soaps that contain lye the only time i need toner is if it has an actuve ingredonat like the BHA toner that targets sertain slin issues dont waste ur money on toner unless u have acne cleanser moisturiser sunscreen is all u need if u do have acne go to the dermatologist or try retonoids, adapaplene, etc… for a period to see if ut works onlg use one at a time to see what works

Just a note that the outer downstairs area is the vulva which is not self cleaning but can be cleaned with water or a gentle fragrance free wash. The vagina which is internal, is self-cleaning, and you shouldn't clean it (aka touching etc.) Thus can mess up the ph balance and cause infection
