In this tutorial we take a different approach to smoking a summer sausage on the Yoder YS1500 to create the perfect party food. We first pull the sausage out of the casing. Then we score the summer sausage in a grid pattern, slather on some Head Country BBQ sauce as a binder, rub it down with some Killer Hog's: the BBQ rub, and smoke it on the Yoder YS1500 pellet smoker for 2 hours. Then we cut into it and eat the fatty amazingness right in front of you!

Another top notch video from one of the most underrated users on KZbin! Great information as always, never tried summer sausage quite like this before but excited to surprise some friends with this technique! Also looking forward to the merchandise store opening!
