In this tutorial we take a different approach to smoking a summer sausage on the Yoder YS1500 to create the perfect party food. We first pull the sausage out of the casing. Then we score the summer sausage in a grid pattern, slather on some Head Country BBQ sauce as a binder, rub it down with some Killer Hog's: the BBQ rub, and smoke it on the Yoder YS1500 pellet smoker for 2 hours. Then we cut into it and eat the fatty amazingness right in front of you!
