How To Smoke A Brisket

I am trying out a new video series on cooking. Cooking has always been a passion of mine. I cook for family, friends, and the Georgia Kayak Fishing group all the time! So why not make some videos and share my cooking knowledge!?!?! This video is dedicated to a smoked brisket finished with a Texas Crutch braising method. Basically we smoke the brisket until it won't take on anymore smoke flavor and then wrap in foil for a slow braise in the oven. The result is a super tender brisket packed with flavor.
