Thank you for another great video! So I have been trying to learn how to side Hill like you guys do. The problem is a very hard layer on top of soft snow. I learned from watching you guys that I need to turn my skis the opposite direction to help clean the sled into the incline. But with that inconsistent no pack you get the sled on its side and start going across the face of the slope and then the Snow either gets very hard and will tip the sled to be flat to the face of the slope or it gets soft and you're pulling pretty hard into the hill and then it just does an instant 90-degree turn. But I will tell you what I was able to do it for a couple hundred feet and I felt like the greatest writer in the area. LOL if you go to the last video that I posted you can see my Victorious carving on a drift Edge in the ditch. You'll laugh and say well that's kind of cute

Looks like a riot. Would love to get out and ride the mountains someday. In Iowa there isn't even enough snow to justify a sled, so ill just stick to the dirt bike and 4 wheeler until I can make it to the mountains.

Appreciate all your work in feeding us info! Question if you have a minute? Looking for input on new sled purchase. I'm 53 and weigh 190lbs. ride Northern Utah and western Wyoming and very selective on snow conditions (fresh pow rider) at this point in my riding career do not ride spring snow anymore. We ride mostly low angle Meadows, open trees and mellow drainages. I don't bowtie and rarely hop over. Currently on16 axys pump gas BDT 163 36". I absolutely love my buddies 21 Khaos 165 and 155. So much easier and playful than my Turbo. My dilemma is 22 Axys 155 or 165 vs 22 Matryx 155 or 165 Khaos vs Pro? I'm seeing some great deals on 22's and we have great snow right now! I'm looking for easiest funnest sled. Appreciate and value your input if you have a minute. Thanks, Mark
