There's a no rules server I play on with my boyfriend a lot, and we mostly just join to watch chaos ensue and vibe. We typically only hunt when we're actually hungry. However, there's this massive mixpack (10-15 herbis amd carnis) that guards hotspots every single day, and they just kos for fun, then proceed to bully people relentlessly in global. I've teamed up with decent sized groups to try and take them out, and we fail every single time, no matter what dino we're on. Doesn't help that randos trying to earn safety with the mixpackers immediately join in and help them when they see them try to gang up on people. That's mainly why I stick with semi-realism and realism servers. You have fairer fights and a better sense of comraderie (i.e. many ggs). Also, great content!

1 more tip for fighting: -if you are doing an 1v1 that probably is an mixpacker, save as much health as possible for any incoming enemy, never face tank with these guys since they will just prepare your health so his friend finishes you. As a duck main i was fighting this full black rex and he was absolute dogsh*t always letting me tail ride him and he only damaged me by stomp until his albino spino come

There’s a guy I see a lot of in my lobbies who will spam invites as part of his approach underwater and then attack you. One tip I have is if you’re not intending to join groups turn of invites until you want to team. Cheap tactic

I struggle as a solo player, I only have fast babies fully grown. I know babies can't do much, got any tips for baby survival?? Example: with my baby pycno I try ramming them off of cliffs and high areas. Even if it's only high enough to allow time to escape. Only been playing for about a year in June. @pinetreesheep5610 Yes, I said that because this clip is from round 2. In round 1, I wasn't just fighting the duck alone it had teammates to help it during the first round. I was looking around to make sure its teammates didn't sneak up because I was already aware it was not a solo player that I was fighting, but instead a mixpack group. The first round was way too dark for viewer experience, I wasn't going to add that. If you look at the battle, you see I increase the contrast and lighting just to help with viewer experience. The first round that I clipped was beyond saving because of how poor the quality of the video was.

Also, keep in mind that this is much easier to pull of in water bc in water facetanking is much harder to do, making the skill cap higher, which is good bc most players in megapacks are dogwater

Good observation! Duck pulled out, and I dragged it to the big lake. The spino came to support the duck. I was fighting both of them, got them both running back to LBM, so I went to go heal. Came back for round 2, and the footage you saw is from round 2 when they pulled up again. The 1st round was just too dark and could not be used since we fought at the bottom of the lake because I took them both there to drain their oxygen. This was also after the update, and panjura water is very dark at night now, especially in the bottom.

Absolutely, EO trikes are one of the hardest dino for spino to fight. It requires movement and dodging. Go full land/defense when fighting EO trikes. The end results will leave you 1 hit away from death, so make sure you find a safe place ASAP after the fight.

I’m a super new player and after 20 hours have finally hit adult (I’ve only played spino) and I wanna learn how to pvp but I’m scared to lose the progress since it took so long any recommendations?

The community server are a great start. With fast growth, you can fight and grow back quickly. I don't recommend juniper or deathmatch server if you want to be better at PVP. Although they are good for messing around.

I use swimspeed subspecies, It feels a little faster, but I'll have to test it out for sure and show it for the sarco showcase video.

no, only time that works is if you are all making new dino of the same diet. then you can spawn in together in official sever.

Good observation! Right when the Duck came to me, I dragged it to the big lake. The spino came to support the duck. I was fighting both of them, got them both running back to LBM, so I went to go heal. Came back for round 2, and the footage you saw is from round 2 when they pulled up again. The 1st round was just too dark and could not be used since we fought at the bottom of the lake. Due to the update, panjura water is very dark at night now, especially in the bottom.

@eternaltoad1818 with movement and 02, you can get time to regain stamina all the way to full stamina. Speed duck is slower than swimspeed sarco.

@recklesslyarrogant7242 depending on the location of the fight it would be good, but in the water against an experience spino they will have the opportunity to stay behind and claw/bite you since the armor hide sacrifice swimspeed and swim turn radius.

bro mix packing is bad enough but LITERALLY LOGGING OFF AND RESPAWNING AS ANOTHER DINO just to spite the solo player is SO DISGUSTING, and it just so happens that they spawn in the exact area they need to be like these losers are literally planning ahead of time to gang up on solos in that one specific part of the map. Imagine how pathetic your life must be for you to play a dino survival game like this lmao. Apparently ganging up on unwitting solo players with 0 counter play is fun or something?? gg tho

Usually, in IC, the only way to win is to safe log after a fight. You will never get out of the area alive if you got a huge group on you.
