I have clarification. Don't we check units for px code when claim dnd as duplicate. Eg: 1 unit is allowed per day, but claim submitted with two same px code for same dos and with diff mod with RT and LT under that claim one cpt paid and another dnd as duplicate. Per MUE only 1unit is allowed and it's paid correctly under same claim for one cpt. For other cpt which denied as duplicate do we need to send Medrec. I have clarification on one more scenario. If claim submitted correctly but slight changes in dx code comparing to original claim. But claim is getting dnd as duplicate . Do we need to call n reprocess or can we append mod.

I would say if units are exceeding the denial comes CO151, will try to capture this in a video

Pls upload video as early as possible I get lots of duplicate denials. So no need to check mue when claim is denied as duplicate. Mue can be checked only on co 151 denial.
