sir sa sample number 2, medyo nalilito po ako, dba po -9, bakit po naging 19 +9, san napo yung negative? sensya po, medyo nalilito po kasi ako. thank you

Hello. Nag transpose po kasi ang -9 means nilipat sa right side and ang rule po is if nag transpose mag ch-change ang sign. So si -9 naging +9 na po.. hope it helps😊
