when I tried to install dlib it gave this error: ERROR: Can not perform a '--user' install. User site-packages are not visible in this virtualenv. can anyone help please?

Try watching the tutorial again to check if you missed something (remember that programming languages are strict, and that uppercase & lowercase characters are completely different.) 2.
