In my opnion its important to start specialty based then later transition to random questions once you learned most of q bank specialties. I found that way more helpful because its easier to learn the differential dx of that specialty

Mam, kindly make a video on USMLE step 1 prep from the very beginning of the MBBS 1st year. Please mam describe it briefly what to do or not to do. Elaborately explain all the procedures to enhance the accuracy and make the best basement for the USMLE preparation. Explain how the first year students will be able to increase his/her apt in USMLE prep with knowing the pros and cons. Make a precise video on how we can make our Foundation so strong so that we can easily crack USMLE . BTW Mam, love and respect from Bangladesh. May GOD bless all.

@dr.rashimahajan yeah mam, I watched it earlier. But it will be more helpful if you make more detailed videos as much as you can. Mam, your explanation strategy is so awesome with a divine tune, I really admire this. May GOD bless you, Mam. Hope you will continue this helping hands towards us specially where USMLE is just an imagination. Bcz in my country there is hardly anybody who makes videos like you or guides us with knowledge and specifically about case reports. May GOD bless all. Thanks a ton again, Mam. You're so fast, Mam. Again love and respect from the core of heart 🇧🇩🇧🇩❤️❤️❤️
