i already did all options in this video & somehow my phone still couldn't read it. my last resort is to factory reset my phone as the otg drive itself was never the problem bc my laptop can read the drive. its a hassle if i need to pull up my laptop evrytime i need to transfer some files to my potato phone. :/

I have the same issue. I was researching to find some information and came across your video. I have the same Google Pixel 6 pro And I'm trying to connect an OGT cable to an audio device Via USB and my charger cable to the phone. However, the USB works fine but the charger port is not charging at the same time. I previously had a Pixel 2 and it worked fine and now all the sudden with the pixel 6. You can't do both at the same time which is weird. However, if you know of any special OTG cables that will work, let me know. Or if there's something that I need to change in the settings that will help support both the USB and charging your phone at the same time while connected to an audio device. i must have malware on my phone that is causing files to take forever to transfer from my phone to my flash drive. It took like 8 minutes last night to transfer a 500MB file to my flash drive. I have the issue of not seeing two devices at the same time on pixel 7a. With exactly the same cabels and devices my friend can see them both (ssd and sd card) on his samsung s23. It sucks, cause I cant do the direct back up of the sd card to ssd like he can. It's 2023 why cant they just get these to work escpecially on googles own phones so weird. I cant bring a laptop just for it to be a middleman for backuping.

@@Fix.369 i thought it might be the otg device so I went and got new cables with the one end just type c. Still didn't fix the issue. Drive works great on everything else no problem. I think my next solution might be one of the usb c powered hubs. Couldn't find anything online about my issue so hope this helps guide someone having this issue to some fix.

Thanks although it didn't work for me, BUT i will tell you what worked! simply connect your Phone to the Drive through OTG, then just WAIT! it might take a minute or two but it will eventually recognize the device and show up! i know it seems simple but trust me i had the same issue on all my android devices. Help please. I pluged to my phone its charger. Just the charges, same cable same adapter same plug (socket) as always. I let it charge through night as most of the time. So it cant be bcs of cable. However my phone did fall this night. Is possible tha fall could cause this. I switcjed on my phone and there was this black screen with yellow and purple. Two options in chinese (I guess, or japanese, or korean... Idk) and in english text OTG test fail! I wanted to switch it off but that action chose one of the options which I didn't intended. Then there was only the characters (chinese or other) which I couldn't read and translator couldn't translate cause I have circle edges, so the text starts before edges and finishes behind them. On this screen I cant do nothing. None of the button do anything and touch Ing screen does also nothing. Mom told me it is a COMPLETE restart??! Is it true? That cant happen! I have there things I never put anywhere else. I can't lose them. This phone is so much precious to me. I valie it so much I dont take it outside and I dont call through it. Please what does this OTG test fail mean. How can I fix it.

Tengo un problema a ver si alguien puede ayudarme, mi celular es un realme gt neo 3 y estaba funcionando bien, le conectaba un adaptador para audifonos C- auxiliar, y un dia mi celular como que se volvió loco y lo reconoció como cargador y el adaptador se calentó, después de ahí mi cel se volvió más loco y el icono de carga siempre estaba activado aun que mi celular no estuviera conectado a la energía, a partir de ahi ya no reconoce ni el OTG ni los adaptadores de audio pero si reconoce el USB a la computador y de repente falla un poco al querer cargarlo pero si funciona, alguien sabe alguna solucion? pense que era la bateria, despues la entrada a la luz pero eso no es, porque si carga, batallo pero carga y la carga rápida funciona bien, aun no contacto a realme pero es muy extraño como si se hubiera desconfigurado algo sobre los adaptadores, al principio no reconocía los cargadores y probe con muchos, después le movi al modo desarrollador y ya lo reconocio pero tengo que estar reiniciando lo, o dejar que se descargue por completo, alguien tiene una solución?.
