How To SONIC SWAY in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero! - Guides & Tutorials

Sonic Sway is done by doing the super perception inputs right when the opponent lands a rsuh attack on you. It's best when practiced in training mode by changing the CPU to "rush attacks". For classic controls, use Circle + Triangle (Standard - Just Circle) right when the CPU does a rush attack. This has to be practiced a lot if you wanna be more consistent as the timing can be hard. I personally found better results when doing Circle and Triangle right at the same time or you can do Circle first and then Triangle right after, but time it right!

It’s the perception for rush attacks. It’s different than bt3. Before you could hold the stance down and any rush moves would be dodged. Now you need precise timing

Fair but honestly I learned more at what's effective online and got a lot better with defensive consistency with CPUs. Arguably the CPUs are way cleaner fights because they really don't fuck around and punish your mistakes often.

hey Slo!~ you should definitely do a video talking about the hidden mechanics of the game! theres a way to perfect guard beam attacks to deflect them, another allows you to Z-Rush along side them! and get an instant attack off while avoiding damage. these two dodges are great to counter beam spammers in online. also talk about the AI upgrades you can buy at the shop which allows for some great training alternatives! might be worth doing a video on!~ thanks for this one!~!

You can learn all(most) moves at supertraining. There's also a changing character move that I couldn't plenty understand, and I think it's bugged, because by side that, in online matches if you're player 2 you can't change your character to another one

Its near the same as pressing block the moment someone hits u. Same as pressing Block on vanish. Best control setup is standard with customized controls thank me later. Change up ur Ki charge, block, and revenge counter buttons and ur set. Anyone still using old controls with O/B as there guard well GG. Tried playing the classic bt3 way how i did when i was 11 but the high pace is a bit much for it.

Oh you mean the super counter? Yeah it's a VERY small window and timing has to be impeccable. Just like Sonic Sway, you just gotta go into training and keep practicing. I'm still learning and trying to be more consistent too.

No, if you’re in a different map once it finds an opponent you get teleported to the other map. The problem you’re having is playing on xbox, most players are on PC and PS5 and there is no cross play (sadly)
