No it has to be at night since the mirror fractal needs to resonate with the moon.

Blue gear is pretty hard to find so it’s common if you don’t find it on your first or second try, Just keep trying and you’ll find it.

Am not sure about this but I have a theory that mirage island have a cool down between each time it spawns in the same server, because personally what I noticed is that the most times mirage actually spawned quick is when I start a new server
