Thank you to both of you for this wonderful, amazing video. Thank you, Laura, for the technique of linking vowels to legato singing, that was a very effective good memorable technique, You have a very beautiful trained voice. Many thanks to both of you for your time. From today onward, I will start watching all of your videos

I sat dumbfounded listening to the beginning of this video because I've never heard anyone in any language talk that fast. I can't hear that fast. That may sound like an absurd statement but it's true. It's not that I don't understand the words, all I start to hear is like wha wha waa buzz buzz bleh. Although thank you for the tips, as when I try to speak with the accent, I do have to slow down and think about it sometimes.

I get your point teacher, for me best way of speaking is Shadowing! Please can you make some videos on real life situations based conversations (i.e. Practice Speaking with me). It will be so helpful, and I have come across many KZbinrs who often tend to do it, but they're Americans, no issues but we want a native English speaker! You can make topics on day to day life events, planning a trip with friends? Asking a plumber to fix the leakage? Or talking to a stranger? Fixing an order in restaurants? And You can also help us by making more videos on regular activities, as if like going to a market, chemist shop, how you order your meals, where you randomly tell the nouns and verbs related to that place that natives use! These are my two ideas please try to bring them up for future reference!

0:06 - [the translation for those who just couldn't have got it] If she would've been in the cabin with her husband, not wНoing out with just anyone, she wouldn't have distracted the observers who could've noticed the iceberg, thus they both could've survived in general, as well as Titanic could've in particular 🐖🐖 (oo) Pigs might swim, but they just couldn't made it

"Smashing English" doesn't even make sense. Im English.
@smashingenglish7 ай бұрын
It can be used as an informal verb, as in ‘I’m smashing English’ meaning ‘I’m doing really well at English. And also, smashing is an adjective to mean good, brilliant etc. So it can also be understood as ‘really good, brilliant English’. Hope this helps.
