Cause you don’t have to. I can sign most the 5 star players on the board with just 50 points on em. I’ll max it out if someone else is close. 3 stars I can pretty much been 1 on their list with just a scholarship offer. But 75 points on every player limits how many you can go after. I normally sign 12-15 5 stars every season. And the rest 4 stars.

@will2583956 cool story bro, the statement was about efficieny, not about whats "possible". I got a 5 star with 30 points every week.. big whoop. Goin max points ensures more 4 and 5 stars because you lock them up quicker, and can use those points to go after additional 4 and 5 stars that are still avail in weeks 4 and 5, instead of nearly all of em being locked up or basically locked up by other schools in week 7 or 8 by not doin it.. but do what you like.. go off!

Make all of your early games home games in customize schedule (against good teams). Have at LEAST level 3 recruiting unlocked on your coach for everything but kickers. Have an assistant (or 2) that also have at least 2 recruiting levels unlocked. This should give you anywhere between 65 to 80 hours available per recruit, it really depends on what your coordinators spent their skill points on. Max out hours on every recruit you are in a battle for until you are in their top five, at this point you should be able to hard/soft sell, at least one of them will be their dealbreaker and you can guess the third if only two interest are unlocked. If they are still not committing, try to get them to visit BEFORE the other school does, which should be easy since you front loaded home games. You should have a guy (or 2, 3, 4, 5) locked up by week 6.

Love how these KZbinrs always take Georgia, Bama, or a power team for recruiting tips. Like take a 3 or 2 star school that only gives you 500 points. It doesn't help much when they are showing teams with 1000 points starting. Just saying

low prestige schools are always going to be tough especially with a brand new user coach. There is a youtuber that gave recruiting tips for 1-2 start schools but again, it's tough having only 500 hours, you have to pick your battles and decide what recruits are worth fighting over until you build up your teams prestige over the course of your dynasty.

I got both tiers of recruiter maxed (not kickers) CEO and instant commit unlocked my buddy can’t beat me at no recruiting, if he see me on someone even week one he leave them alone, he can be number 1 interest week 1 and I can be not on their list by week 2 I jump him

When you look at recruits you have to be #1 and the bar for your school is high that’s how I get them. Usually a 3 star are ones that do it.

They need to address pipelines. Allow us to change at end of the season. I’m rebuilding Army and they pipelines are in CA, GA, FL and TX...can’t win any recruits and I chose PA as my pipeline. Don’t need to change the OC/DC just the schools main pipelines
