Thanks for sharing your story-it’s encouraging to know that sometimes the best trips are the ones that aren’t overly planned!

I was in Japan(Tokyo, Osaka etc etc) few days ago for 11 days and we were extensively using Suica. The app was downloaded to our Apple iPhone wallet and we used extensively for metro train trips and purchasing stuff from shops and wending machines. Just top it up from your bank account as required. It`s pretty easy to use especially at the train stations just show/tap your mobile phone. Japan is a wonderful and very clean country. We live in Australia. Thanks for the video.

There are many problems in the video that don't show any kind of logistics, for example Yoyogi Park and Meiji Jingu are in Shibuya City ,then why on the first night of the trip you suggest us go to Shibuya Scramble Crossing, furthermore on the third day's afternoon, you suggest us to go to Shibuya Scramble Crossing again?
@InakaAdventure3 ай бұрын
No everyone arrives in Tokyo in the morning but there is usually at least a late afternoon or evening on your first day so to make use of that its a fun first thing to see the scramble but not enough time necessarily to see yoyogi / meiji. I dont think I suggested seeing the scramble again on day three, are you sure you're not confused?
@yihanding-o6g3 ай бұрын

Since its a city destination is mostly the same all year round. You might get some snow in winter and see illuminations though

Thanks for all these travel ideas! I‘m visiting Japan in summer and i thought the suica card on my iphone wallet is enough to take the metro in tokyo, osaka and kyoto. Is that right? Or do I need a physical one? Thank you :)

The suica on iPhone is enough for everything

We have 10 days to spend in Japan next year. Is it recommended to visit Mt. Fuji? Do you know how much it cost.? We have family of 4 2 adults 2 teenage) or it’s better to experience just to stay Tokyo and skip Mt.Fuji. Thanks in advance.

That really depends on what you mean, and what time of year it is. Do you want to climb Mt Fuji or see it up close? You can see Fuji from Tokyo if it's the cooler months with low humidity, or you could visit Kawaguchi-ko and see it up close, that would cost about ¥2,500 yen per person and would take about 2 hours from Tokyo.

@@InakaAdventure we will be in Japan the end of May and will for 10 days. What’s the best thing for us to do? Just stay in Tokyo or go to Mt. Fuji one full day and back to our hotel in Tokyo? I have reservation in APA Hotel and resort in Eki tower. Is this a good hotel to be in? Thank you so much.
