After brush in the morning. Give 1 glass of warm water in empty stomach. Give fibre rich food. Fruits and vegetables. Green leaves. Milk should be given only 1z a day. No to biscuits, chocolates, chips, bread, bun... Child should drink enough water. Not soon after meal. But after 1/2 an hour. Let the baby play well. Most importantly the child should sit and poop. Not in Western toilet. He/she should sit as in Indian toilet. Because that's how our body is designed.

When my kids cry or adamant I don't listen to them I Will leave them to cry . Some times they cry after that they will stop.not only mother every family member support mother to correct them.if I did not allow to watch tv more time , father also support mother or grandparents. Otherwise mother will be like villain we can't correct kids. Kids love to play with parents.ie quality time .
