Great video - pretty much identical to my own resource allocations - one caveat here is Conquest currency. If you don't need it for character shards, you'll likely have some left over after buying all of the signal data. I usually spend that on G12 gear as it doesn't really pay to hold on to it, and I so rarely need to buy consumables. It's always a nice boost to whatever I happen to be putting gear on at the time.

As always, a very smart and informative video. Even though I seem to make most of the same spending decisions that you outline here, I still find it very valuable to hear your analysis. The only place where we significantly differ is around the Legend Tokens. While I appreciate the value of the Omicron mats, that kyrotech crunch has me spending Legend Tokens on those pieces, and I feel they are a good value. Keep up the great work. For efficiency in the guild tokens section for that cheap items tier there's a 10pack of the mk7 blastech mods complete item not salvage for 150 guild tokens. It is by far the most efficient way to obtain chromium transistors in the game, about 30 of them for 150 guild tokens.

Coming from someone who has had to start farming KAM from the beginning with GET3, I would recommend buying kyro and just praying they release a different way to acquire him. Years after release, still one of if not the hardest character to get in the game

Mk2 datacron tokens or whatever their name is can only be purchased with crystals of ally points. Might make sense to do that at the start of a datacron set, even though the exchange rate is terrible.

For Galactic War tokens, there seems to be no difference in the 'conversion rate' (to shard shop currency) between buying ships or toons - for 400 Galactic War tokens you basically get 150 shard shop currency at the other end.

those mark 8 nubians aren't the ones u want. (it's the mark 7s). the mark 8's go with that armatek tactical data prototype salvage that is like the only two pieces in this game that you can't scrap for relic material (electriums). i have like 2000 of each that are worthless now. (i guess maybe i have alot of these from the HSR ... for the longest time i bought all the 360 ones on these until i realized this piece couldn't be scrapped. when i took alot of the bottom 30 characters in the game up to g12, none of them required this piece either)

@@CalvinAwesome Yes, but being bad value still doesn't make them 'not' needed. 😂 15 of these for the 1st slice, 25 for the 2nd slice, 40 for the 3rd, etc. One can farm only so many via the mod nodes a day, 50 crystals refreshes and maybe 100 crystals refreshes. The Legend token store is the only other place to get them. 20+ speed mods don't drop from trees.

What do you think about the theory that the 4 gear pieces available for credits on the first page of the featured shipment have an impact on the jawa scavenger daily deals? I have read that not buying the gear would lead to better deals, especially the signal data deals. Tin foil hat theory or does it have legs?

I don't think CG is that deep. They're probably just looking at what you have favorited and in the absence of that offering a random deal or looking at the last toon you upgraded. It's a neat idea, but I feel like it wouldn't be worth the effort for them when there are easier ways to serve you with targeted deals.
