How to splah magic in FTP in Osra

1 cursed goblin staff and iron armour is all u need. also buy a chronicle and some pages to put in it for faster transportation to varrok.
equipe armour, equip staff and u should have -65 magic bonus which is wat you need. anything lower than -65 you will deal damage.
also another way to splash is get 40 ranged and wear green dragonhide vambraces and equip elemtal staff and armour and cast without use of elemental runes instead.
