Our previous caravan was a Jurgens and the floor was not supported enough because they did similar design to Jayco your under there and then spaced the supports too far apart. We have a Traveller now and they use box section and it’s way better. Weight? I’m not too sure. The C section would have to be a thicker section where the box section can be thinner.
