One of the practices I did was not looking in the mirror. It was important how I feel inside, I was aware of my facial expressions, and when it changed I just kept centering myself, center in the Esence-Self. And whenever I looked at the mirror, my face looked just neutral. Focusing on inner sense , proprieception and intuition is one of the most powerful practices one can do. At least for me.

You should specifically look into the books of Sirach, Proverbs, and Psalms. It holds a ton of wisdom in there. I know you’re very educated and ultimately, to hear your take on the Bible would be really good because it’s not only a spiritual book but it also goes against a lot of the new age teachings. So keep an open mind. Wish you the best in your journey.
